Founded by Ms. Vidhi Aggarwal, Hoho Technology aims to reduce global illiteracy. Our goal is simple — to fight illiteracy from the ground up, by putting learning directly into the hands of families.
WHY USE OUR APP Hoho
Because every child deserves a strong start, and every parent deserves the power to teach.
Over a third of the world’s illiterate population lives in India (Source: Link) — but most educational tools ignore the biggest barrier: parents who cannot read or write. That’s where our app Hoho is different.
Hoho is designed for illiterate or semi-literate mothers and fathers who want to give their children a better future. Even if parents can't read or write, if they speak their mother tongue, they can use Hoho to learn and teach at the same time. They need to do 60 simple games and tasks with their kids in 4 years time.
When you open the app, you choose from six Indian languages — Hindi, Marathi, English, Bengali, Telugu, and Punjabi. Each language has a simple, guided course with audio instructions, visuals, and child-friendly games and tasks designed for 2 to 6 year old children.
Our app Hoho empowers parents to:
Teach reading, writing, and speaking skills to their young children.
Learn themselves before teaching, even without any formal schooling.
Do fun, everyday tasks at home that create strong early learning foundations.
We believe real change in literacy starts at home — not in classrooms, but in kitchens, courtyards, and under trees. Hoho brings education to where parents are, in the language they know — helping parents teach, even if they never got the opportunity to learn themselves.
